 Gather all the financial and non-financial data from Non-Resident, the Notaries and any other party that may have important information

 Apply and obtain a Non-Resident Tax account no.

 Compute the Gain (Loss) on Disposition of the property, and in the event that the property was the principal residence of the Non-Resident vendor for any of the years that the property was owned, we will compute and deduct the applicable portion of the Gain (Loss) on disposition, thus reducing the income taxes payable

Complete, send and obtain Certificate of compliance (Federal & Québec) concerning Disposition of property

Complete, send and obtain Certificate of compliance (Federal & Québec) concerning Recaptured depreciation arising on disposition of rental property

Compute the Recaptured depreciation of rental property

In the calendar year following the fiscal year of disposition of the property by the Non-Resident, we will :

– Compute the Gain (Loss) on Disposition of property for income tax filing (Computed differently than at time of preparation of Certificates of compliance)

Preparation of income tax returns (Federal & Quebec) resulting in substantial Income Tax Refunds
